All engagements are scope of work dependent and we co-create the scope of work to the needs of your company.

 

Our Lean Growth Accelerator efforts costs are based on a daily rate plus expenses when travel and lodging is required.

 

Our improvement, training and leadership skills and application thereof are best applied when we are On-site working with partner leadership and teams of people. 

 

We are hands-on implementors, not desk jockeys.

 

We have never used "one size fits all" nor "canned" solutions, because we work with our partners to create custom scopes of work designed to address current and future needs of the organization. That is one of the elements of our work that differentiates us from the rest of the pack.
