Created 2 focused factories for SPX
Reduced Manufacturing Leadtimes from 6 weeks to 1 week using Toyota Production System practices and principles
Reduced WIP by $120K and implemented KANBAN for purchased parts using JIT systems thinking among several other improvements.

Commscope Patch Panel
Worked with a courageuos team of union workers to dramatically reduce assembly time for 24 and 36 port patch panels from 2.5 days to 15 seconds. YES 15 seonds
One Piece Flow was used to assemble.
I was invited to write a case study in Lean for Dummies 2 and get published

Diversified Products Treadmill Mfg
Implemented 7 focused factories one being treadmills.
Reduced total length of assembly line from 100 ft to 60 ft, installed Kanban and created visual standard work for assemblers who did not speak nor read english.
Moved 90 pieces of equipment to create 13 metal forming flow lines to feed paint and then assembly.
